Direct-Filing Pricing and Fee’s
Startup Fee
There is a one time fee of $2000 which includes:
- Procedure and forms for obtaining a filer code, ABI rep and setting up and ACH account
- One day on-site training and system set up
- First 10 entries free (if filed within 90 days of receiving your filer code)
* There is no software to purchase or maintain as TRG Direct is a web based system. All upgrades happen behind the scenes.
Cost per entry
- Basic Entry: $30 per entry
- Volume Entries: $1200 annual fee, and each entry is invoiced at $20 per entry
- Assisted Entry: Anytime you would like to have a TBIB Broker walk you through an entry, the entry fee is $75
* All entries are invoiced at the end of the month. Most companies begin using the Basic Entry, and change over to Volume Entry after they reach a certain level of comfort with the system.
Other Start Up Options
- Additional on-line training, billed at $100 an hour
- Additional days of Jump Start: A TBIB Broker will come to your company for a customized visit, which can include database set up, parts upload, ABI Testing, Group Training, Supply Chain Analysis and transition to live entries. The cost is $1000 per day plus reasonable travel expenses.
